YOUR BODY ALREADY KNOWS

How to heal—
Who you truly are—
How to live your most authentic life—
How to move through pain—
How to thrive—
How to love fully—

The body speaks in whispers and in shouts. From a tightness in the shoulders, to racing thoughts, a clenched jaw, an inner critic, anxiety and even fatigue, this is our body trying to communicate.

Western culture has taught us to focus on the mind, our thoughts, and the thinking brain. Traditional psychotherapy (talk therapy) also mirrors this modality. While our brain is our main processing center, it is only part of who we are as humans. Through the thinking brain alone we cannot process trauma.

It is through the mind-body connection that we uncover how to truly heal.

*This is where our Somatic Practice comes in. The body knows deeply what the brain can not understand. The imprints of our lived history, and our unresolved emotions are held in the body. Which has shaped our nervous system, and is waiting to be processed. Together we will listen to what the body is trying to whisper, through our emotional pain and tight muscles. Moving toward alleviating those impressions and their effects.

Your body is telling you where work needs to be done, my work is to help navigate and translate so healing and safety becomes common place.

Together, we will learn the language of your body, your emotions, and your nervous system.

We will befriend your inner world, with compassion, curiosity and your truth.

As we tend to our deeper self, learn to be with the sensations of the body, and strengthen the connection between mind and body, we discover how to truly listen. And in that listening, healing begins.

When we approach this work holistically; with mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic perspectives, we find a deep well of possibilities, and a more profound life, which leads us to our true authentic self.

I believe in the profound power of healing through embodiment, attunement, and self compassion.

Somatic practice

Somatic work is simple, yet profound:

We learn to listen to what your body has been communicating all along.

Through sensation, attention, breath, and guided awareness, we begin to notice:

  • where you tighten or disappear

  • where you override your own knowing

  • where old patterns still run the system

  • how your nervous system is wired

  • where your inner truth quietly shows up before your mind over steps

  • how experiences haver created your blue print

  • how to live a life in alignment with your inner most truths

Nothing about you needs to be fixed. (Yes, pause, breath, read that again.)

We will create enough space for your truth, which already lives within you. 🖤

Meet Dyanna Csaposs

Hi! I’m Dyanna (she/her). Alongside Somatic work, I come from a background as an Artist. I understand what it is to live inside sensitivity, intuition, imagery, and inner worlds that don’t always translate into language. I have led and participated in ceremony around the world, and have facilitated group meditations and visualizations for over a decade.

I am a highly sensitive person, deeply attuned to others and the environments I inhabit. This sensitivity allows me to listen deeply, hold nuance, and create a space that is gentle, grounded, and healing.

I am currently accepting new clients.

My Therapeutic Approach

As human beings we walk this earth in connection, my approach to all work, is human. Meaning, meeting life and each other in grace and deep care. Healing comes from safety and attunement, while being witnessed, allowing pain and stored emotions to move. Our wounds are relational, therefor our healing is as well.

My work is largely based around how our body experiences life, and the mind-body connection. Somatic Resonance is a space for deep listening, where the body becomes a doorway to clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

To live, is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.
